ABOUT THE ARTIST
I’m a 23 year old photographer/musician based in Sydney. I grew up in on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales in the country town of Kempsey.
I studied a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature & History)/Fine Art (Photomedia Honours) 2007-2011 at the College Of Fine Art (COFA)/University of New South Wales, Sydney.
I had my first solo photographic exhibition, ‘Bloodline’ at Gallery Eight at Miller’s Point, Sydney in January 2011.
My works revolve primarily around identity, memory and family.
Recently I’ve been reacquainting myself with my love of 35mm film cameras, taking them out to gigs and snapping away on nights out.
Music is a passion of mine and a lot of my work revolves around the Sydney underground music scene. Of late I’ve become a contributor to the blog My Sydney Riot.
